25° Anniversario: Astoria 2010

Il più grande raduno mondiale dei fans dei Goonies si è svolto ad Astoria, Oregon, dal 4 al 7 giugno 2010 per festeggiare il 25° Anniversario del film.
Tra le varie attività ci sono stati tour delle locations, convention, l'inaugurazione del museo del cinema, gadget, red carpet per anteprima del documentario, cena vip, picnic ad Ecola State Park, '80 night, 5K Run, concerto e soprattutto la presenza di alcuni dei protagonisti.
Sono stati quattro giorni unici ed indimenticabili quelli trascorsi al 25°Anniversario dei Goonies in Oregon.
Il raduno è stato ricco di impegni, imprevisti, sorprese dell’ultimo minuto e soprattutto 2.500 fans che hanno invaso le strade del paese. Avrei veramente tante cose da raccontare, ma proprio perché sono talmente tante non lo farò. Questa volta ho molto materiale video e intendo sfruttarlo facendo un filmato che condividerò con gli amici. Il tempo è poco e penso che su queste pagine bastino un paio di foto di alcuni dei protagonisti dell’evento: noi, i fans da tutto il mondo.

Truth Movement – Corey Feldman’s Pink Floyd inspired class rock band will start their 2010 summer tour here in Astoria.
The Ataris – Alternative band whose album in 2003 titled So Long, Astoria references their love of the film and a trip they took to Astoria to see the Goonies sites. Currently touring worldwide in support of their 6th album, The Graveyard of the Atlantic.
The Whiskey Rebellion – An acoustic, bluegrass band with YouTube hit “The Ballad of Chester Copperpot”
Troy’s Bucket – A pop-punk band from Southern California named after a memorable scene in the Goonies
